Hey guys! I am feeling so blessed and full of happiness right now. Today in particular was so incredibly full of kindness it's hard to imagine life ever being so positive and concentrated into one day. With this happy energy I wanted to share some positive news!

Yesterday I attended my university's undergraduate commencement event. This means that I have officially graduated from university! Tomorrow morning I will walk at a smaller convocation event that is specific to my school. (If all 13,000 graduates walked last night we'd be there all night.) So that'll be fun! After the ceremonies are done I'll be returning home to California. Arizona has treated me very well so I hope that I can return and visit in the future. 

"So Soph, what are you doing after graduation?" 
Well funny you should ask, I'm actually going on a little vacation to Japan! A friend from my major and I are going to be in Japan for a whole month. We're going to start and end in Tokyo, with visits to other cities throughout the month. After that, my plan is to take a year off from academia and use that time to fine-tune my portfolio, do some soul-searching, and think about career paths from a fresh perspective. Ideally, I apply and go to grad school next year. 

After that? Who knows! The future is infinite! 

I wanted to take this moment to thank you guys for your support throughout these years. There are some pretty amazing and kind people here in this little corner of the DeviantART community.  

I'm going to try to finish some bigger drawings when I get back home, until then I hope your lives can be full of joy and kindness.

Hello lovely humans! It's 2019 so it's time for a new and improved commission journal. Right now I'm wanting to field some commissions so I can go buy some fresh food. So if you'd like to help me buy some groceries or just collect art for ToyHouse, I am happy to oblige. As always, if there's an example of artwork from my gallery that appeals to you, please feel free to inquire below. 

All single character artwork is to be completed within 2 weeks. (But will most likely be completed within 1) I'm putting this out there because I am in my last semester of university, and it's good to have some wiggle room just in case I suddenly have a lot of work unloaded on me. 

For most characters I will not charge extra for complexity, however, if the character you're asking for is something that I feel is way out of my comfort zone then I will reserve the right to charge a little extra. 

If you would like multiple characters in a drawing, such as a chibi pair or full body just let me know! I'm going to entertain discounted prices for cute couple art on a case by case basis. <3

Digital Chibis: $15 each, please let me know if you'd like shading, colored lines or an outline.

Digital Painting: $35-$60 (Price range depending on number of characters, character complexity and desired background complexity) These will take longer to complete than any single drawing by nature of the size and scope of them. However, I will try to complete these within a few weeks of purchase with WIP's along the way.

Additional Guidelines:

- This is NOT an official, group-sponsored raffle/event. However, I highly recommend that participants be Mothcats members with active Mothcat Banks, and be familiar with the group's Species Terms and Conditions. This would be a great opportunity to join an amazing group, though!
